In her role, Taylor manages inspections, applications and condition reports, ensuring every detail is handled professionally. She values being part of a collaborative team environment that supports her ongoing development.

Having grown up locally, Taylor has strong ties to the Lara community and understands the area deeply. She is driven by integrity, empathy and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing, spending time with family and friends, and heading out for dinner.
