Matthew Higgs is the Marketing Team Lead at ALFF Property Group, responsible for driving the brand's marketing strategy and delivering high-impact campaigns. He combines creative storytelling with strategic thinking to connect buyers and sellers through compelling content.

In his role, Matthew leads the marketing team, overseeing campaign execution and developing innovative strategies to maximise exposure and results for clients. He is focused on strengthening the brand while ensuring every agent and property is presented at its very best.

With a background in digital content production, Matthew has worked with global brands including Coca-Cola, Dyson and 7-Eleven. His experience brings a unique, results-driven approach to real estate marketing. Outside of work, he is passionate about narrative filmmaking, sport and the outdoors.
