Dylan Grant is the Accounts and Finance Manager at ALFF Property Group, bringing extensive financial expertise and a strategic, data-driven approach to his role. As a Chartered Accountant with almost a decade of experience, he is passionate about supporting business growth and using financial insights to guide informed decision-making and long-term success.

In his role, Dylan oversee the accounting and financial operations across the group, working closely with leadership to support performance, manage financial processes, and provide clear insights into the business' financial position. He is committed to ensuring accurate and meaningful financial information while helping support the continued growth and strategic direction of ALFF Property Group.

Originally from Ballarat, and having lived in Lara for the past fiver years, Dylan has developed a strong connection to the local community. Driven by honesty, integrity, and respect, he enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment and contributing to the continued success of the group. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys walking his dog Pretzel, spending time with family and friends, and discovering local cafes for breakfast.
