As Sales Director of Lara Real Estate, Nathan leads with purpose: to restore trust and confidence in the real estate process. He's passionate about tackling one of the industry's most common challenges - the stress and uncertainty buyers and sellers often face. His mission is to create a more transparent, supportive experience grounded in education and open communication - an approach he instills across his sales team.

Nathan also takes the lead on the sale of all ALFF development projects - leveraging his extensive investor network, strong relationships with builders, and deep understanding of buyer behaviour to ensure each stage of the sales campaign is strategically aligned.
