With a strong background in operational leadership and a people-first, execution-driven mindset, Casey serves as General Manager across both Lara Real Estate and The Creek Real Estate and the broader ALFF Property Group. She oversees day-to-day operations, financial management and business performance, ensuring consistency, accountability and high standards across the organisation.

Working closely with leadership teams across all brands, Casey plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth through clear systems, strong governance and operational excellence.

With extensive experience spanning banking and private health insurance, Casey has led budgets, teams and organisational change across multiple industries. She is passionate about creating equity of experience for all real estate clients — tenants, investors, buyers and vendors — and believes the industry has ongoing opportunity to lift standards through better processes and communication.
